Vacuum degasser is a new generation of degassing device for circulating water system. Vacuum degasser working principle:

Vacuum degasser according to Henry's law, the solubility of gas in water is related to water temperature and pressure. At a certain temperature, it is directly proportional to the pressure of the gas. At a certain pressure, the solubility of the gas increases when the water temperature is lowered and the solubility of the gas decreases when the water temperature is raised. When the pressure on the water surface is reduced, the gas dissolved in the water can be precipitated at a lower water temperature, thus removing the gas from the water. Vacuum degasser is to release the free and dissolved gases in the water by generating a vacuum, then discharge the system through an automatic exhaust valve, and inject the degassed water back into the system. This low gas content water is unsaturated water, which is highly absorbent to gases, and it will absorb the gases in the system so as to achieve gas water balance. The vacuum degasser repeats this cycle every 20-30 seconds. This cycle is repeated to remove most of the gas from the system.
